Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Rooms
You can cancel the room reservation, with the exception of non-refundable and earlybird rates, free of charge until 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.
Suites
For the suites, free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before arrival (Sunday - Thursday). This is until 12:00 noon on the day before arrival.
If you have reserved the suite for Friday and/or Saturday night, you can cancel the suite free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Packages
Free cancellation applies to all packages up to 24 hours before arrival.
What time does '12:00 on the day of arrival' mean?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. In addition, you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.
What time does '24 hours before arrival' mean?
This is until 12:00 noon on the day before arrival.
What is a non-refundable reservation?
This is a reservation that you must pay for online immediately when booking and which cannot subsequently be canceled or changed.
Why should I choose the non-refundable rate?
Because you waive flexible cancellation and pay for the reservation directly online, we will give you a discount. The non-refundable rate is therefore always the most advantageous rate.
